The invented process consists of a specially designed bagasse flow regulator which has the following advantages over the conventional bagasse feeder.
• Ability to regulate the flow of bagasse
• The device can be regulated for extra pressure from 0 to 80% of the original depending upon the requirement
• This device also have ability for Mat formation at the initial stages and also have Honey comb breaking system in-built. The device is capable of handling the baggase under pressure or vacuum

The device consists of a specially designed 3 rollers driven by single or multiple motors. The top two rollers rotate in opposite direction to each other to as to form the compressor and pull the baggase downwards. The 3rd roller which is rotated at high speed, works initially as Mat forming device and later on as Honey comb breaker. This roller works as feeding device for on going bagasse chute. The machine takes care of the pressure of bagasse above and below the equipment, if any.
