Mr. Harjinder Singh Cheema : The Founder
Cheema Boilers Limited was the vision of Mr. Harjinder Singh Cheema, who together with his brothers laid the foundations of CBL. He dreamt big and achieved bigger. This was direction set forever, and steered the company.
The visionary, Mr. Harjinder Singh Cheema started his career as a mechanical engineer. In his long association with the industry, he has achieved various landmark achievements. He was instrumental in the revolutionary development of the Slop Fired Boiler for distillery industry. The experience and vision of Mr. Singh are the guiding light for CBL. Under his dynamic leadership the Company is achieving great heights of excellence.

Mr. Balwinder Singh Cheema – Director
He along with his brothers laid the foundations of CBL as it stands today. Building and developing teams of professionals, Mr. Balwinder Singh Cheema is responsible for consolidating the Company's human network that has earned CBL many laurels. Much work has gone in, to managing people and motivating them to optimum levels of contribution. But his success in this endeavour is ample proof of his skills.

Mr. Apjinder Singh Cheema – Director
His sharp business acumen is inherent, his entrepreneurship intrinsic. A pioneer, his talent encompasses marketing strategies and developing human resources. Mr. Apjinder Singh Cheems has multiple facets, each contributing a different aspect to the Company. In sum, he built the edifice of CBL and its organisational strategies. Under him the Company has grown manifolds. In his 25 years of experience lies understanding of the way a business should function.

Mr. Hardeep Singh Cheema – Director
Continually on the move, Mr.Hardeep has a strong sense of corporate governance and corporate structures. He is responsible for setting up CBL's manufacturing, erection and commissioning team. Raising the manufacturing infrastructure and facilities at CBL to international levels he also raised the committed team that produces power and process boilers and commissions the same.
